The Hotel Residence is an ancient 18th-century aristocratic palace located on Amalfi’s seafront. The property, opened in the 1950s’ and fully renovated in 2010, has 27 rooms with balconies or small terraces overlooking the sea or the famous Cathedral Square.
The vaulted ceilings, refined furnishings, exquisite upholstery and elegant bathrooms create a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere that is much appreciated by guests. Depending on the type of room (Standard, Superior or Deluxe), there will be a choice of air-conditioned and soundproofed double or twin rooms with bath, shower stall or whirlpool tub and equipped with Minibar, LCD Sat TV, direct dial telephone, wi-fi internet network, safe, hair dryer, bathrobe, bath set and comfortable slippers.
The right aisle of the Hotel Residence is used for holding weddings, concerts, exhibitions and other events. The facility is also home to the Sensi Restaurant awarded a Michelin Star in 2023 thanks to the hard work, ardent passion and continuous search for new experiences in the journey of taste by Chef Alessandro Tormolino.
