Hostaria Acquolina is a taste atelier where you can enjoy an authentic culinary experience characterized by typical and genuine flavors accompanied by a fusion touch and innovative techniques.

Hostaria Acquolina is located in the valley of Pogerola, a village in the upper part of Amalfi, 300 meters above sea level, located between the port and Mount Molignano.

The restaurant, surrounded by terraces of lemon groves and vineyards with sea-facing views, is located near the trekking trails between Ferriere Valley and the Via Maestra dei Villaggi, where breathtaking views frame the emotions.

Chef Simone Abbondati, despite his young age, boasts considerable experience that has seen him starring, from a very young age, among local kitchens among the dishes of Campania and coastal cuisine. It was during his time in London when the chef discovered the true essence of a multi-ethnic cuisine marked by different flavors and cultures. From London to Milan, the chef has worked with starred chefs moving closer and closer to a “global” and “fashionable” cuisine, with experience in elite establishments and in restaurants fusion with strong Eastern and South American influences.

The 1stº March 2029, the Chef decided to go further and opened Hostaria Acquolina in his hometown.

Chef’s words, “We start with the quality of raw materials, trust for our suppliers, and the seasonality of 0-km products. We continue with “respect” in revisiting typical dishes in a modern way, blending genuine flavors with global techniques. We finish with attention to detail, with the professionalism of our service, creating a point of “contact” between us and our guests, presenting and enhancing the products offered, to meet all requests“.

The services offered to guests are encapsulated in 4 basic points:
