The cooking class involves the preparation of four courses using ingredients previously gathered in the garden under the careful supervision of local chefs who will guide participants through the flavors and aromas of traditional Amalfi cuisine.
Afterwards, everyone at the table to enjoy the courses accompanied by excellent local wine and breathtaking views. To conclude the day a delicious limoncello and the issuance of a certificate of participation and the recipes for each dish prepared together with the very nice chefs and collaborators of Amalfi Heaven Gardens.
