Itinerary
The proposal combines a private cruise to discover the beauty of the Amalfi Coast, a cooking class activity, a gourmet experience in a starred restaurant, and an overnight stay aboard an exclusive yacht.
Day 1 - Amalfi Coast Boat Tour + Starred Dinner
Private tour to discover the beauty of the Amalfi Coast aboard a 10-meter Sorrentino gozzo.
Starting from Amalfi, capital of one of the most powerful trading organizations of the Middle Ages, we pass through the towns of Atrani, Ravello, Minori, Maiori, Conca dei Marini, Grotta dello Smeraldo and Fiordo di Fuorore.
Past the Isca rock, one enters the Bay of Positano, the Pearl of the Coast. Here Writers, Musicians, Dancers, Painters, Actors, Directors have lived, for a little or for a lot, fascinated by a “Genius Loci” that blends the Mediterranean, colors, shapes, nature and the spirit of people in an atmosphere of idleness and creativity to which they too have strongly contributed.
After taking one last look from the sea at the vertical town, we sail to The Rooster Islands, the last surprise of this fascinating tour.
Adding to the exclusivity of the day are a range of amenities, such as a mini bar, welcome drink, cocktail snacks, fresh fruit, beach towels, snorkeling masks and stereo. A stop in Positano or one of the countless small restaurants on the Divina beaches is planned for lunch.
Starred Dinner Restaurant: La Caravella
A perfect day deserves to end with a star-studded dinner at La Caravella restaurant: the first Michelin star in southern Italy and a must-visit culinary stop on the Amalfi Coast.
It is with these words that Chef Antonio talks about his art: “Simplicity is the most difficult goal to achieve in the kitchen. Every detail tells of our continuous research, the history of my Family, custodian of the great culinary tradition of our Coast, with so much attention to our Customer so that he can feel at home.”
The restaurant is located in the heart of the historic center at the 12th-century ducal palace of the Dukes of Amalfi, the Piccolomini. The Restaurant, thanks to numerous restoration works such as the renovation of the frescoed ceilings whose restoration took nearly 15 years, still retains its original structure dating back to 1959.
Day 2 - Cooking Class
Spending a day at Amalfi Heaven Gardens is the best way to discover Amalfi and the Amalfi Coast in 360° through its flavors, colors and scents while learning authentic recipes to take back with you in your suitcase.
After harvesting ingredients directly from the garden at Amalfi Heaven Gardens and strolling through the property’s lemon groves, olive groves and terraced vineyards, it’s on to the kitchen to discover the secrets of Amalfi cuisine.
The cooking class involves the preparation of four courses using ingredients previously gathered in the garden under the careful supervision of local chefs who will guide participants through the flavors and aromas of traditional Amalfi cuisine.
Afterwards, everyone at the table to enjoy the courses accompanied by excellent local wine and breathtaking views. To conclude the day a delicious limoncello and the issuance of a certificate of participation and the recipes for each dish prepared together with the very nice chefs and collaborators of Amalfi Heaven Gardens.
Day 3 - Overnight stay aboard a yacht
An overnight stay aboard a yacht is an experience that will bring to life all the magic of the Amalfi Coast and the islands of the Gulf of Naples.
The most suitable motor yacht for this tour is The Aicon TICHE 72ft, the boat will be available to guests from 9:30 a.m. on the day of embarkation until 5:00 p.m. on the day of disembarkation, times can be changed according to guests’ needs.
The crew on board will know how to structure the itinerary, allowing guests both to sail along the Coast, to Sorrento, Capri, Ischia and Procida and to stop and visit some of the most famous locations.
To be able to enjoy the morning coffee when the first rays of the sun reflect sparkling on the waves of the sea or to admire the villages when the sun sets coloring the sky with a thousand hues, is a spirit-rejuvenating experience.
