What better place than a farmhouse to learn how to cook traditional Amalfi specialties?
Fore Porta Farm, located in the green lung of the Ferriere Valley, is a family-run organic agritourism farm that offers Mediterranean cooking classes to discover all the secrets of typical local recipes under the careful guidance and supervision of Mama Mena.
At the end of the class, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy their dishes made with strictly zero-mile, fresh, organic and seasonal products.
The Sensi Restaurant offers a four- to eight-course tasting menu combining traditional and Mediterranean flavors with the creativity of the chef whose dishes will tell all the secrets, colors, and scents of the sea and land of the Amalfi Coast.
Thanks to hard work, ardent passion and continuous search for new experiences in the journey of taste, Sensi Restaurant was awarded a Michelin Star in 2023.
Discovering the production and cultivation methods of Sfusato Amalfitano and the sweet taste of honey, walking among the lemon groves of the Aceto farm having the chance to admire the farmers at work, visiting the workshops and being fascinated by the secrets of preparing typical products will make your Amalfi vacation special. A visit to the Museum of Farming Civilization Arts and Crafts will add value to the journey into the realm of the lemon to discover the ancient tools of the trade.
