Sensi Restaurant, located at theHotel Residence, a central late 19th century building, was born in 2017 from the foresight and passion of Enzo Calaudi and Chef Alessandro Tormolino.
Thanks to hard work, ardent passion and continuous search for new experiences in the journey of taste, Sensi Restaurant was awarded a Michelin Star in 2023.
