The Church of S. Michele Arcangelo of Vettica Minore, which has documented origins from 1208, was under the patronage of the Comite Orso family. The church consists of a single nave with an apse, divided by four chapels on each side.
Over the course of the centuries, the interior of the church has undergone radical transformations starting from the late 18th century, and several subsequent renovations in recent times as well.
The church, preceded by a parvis, is flanked by an imposing bell tower with single lancet windows on the sides and crowned by a small ovoid dome covered in ceramic.
